This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We collect only the information you choose to send us, and use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our service.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, website address (if provided) and your message. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are retained only for a short period.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to provide, manage and bill for our service if you become a client, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers them to our inbox. Formspree's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We also use an email provider, a hosting provider and a payment processor. Each receives only the information needed to perform its service on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
